What are your shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping to our Tribe members and for our non-member customers, there is a flat $10 shipping rate per order.
What determines the delivery time?
Item processing time is usually 1-2 working days. Shipping time varies based on the products purchases. Shipping takes 7-16 working days. High demand items may take 8-12 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the Continental United States. We are working towards international shipping.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for any issues. If approved, a replacement will be sent, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How do you buy a firearm online?
Before purchase, contact a local firearms dealer for an FFL Transfer. Understand your state's regulations before purchasing to avoid complications and returns.
How do I know the legal requirements in my state?
Visit your state's government website or consult a local FFL to ensure compliance with current laws.
Can I have a firearm shipped directly to me?
No, all firearms must be sent to a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will ship your firearm to the FFL of your choice.
What is the return or warranty policy on firearms?
Paved Forward will not accept any returns on firearms and will not offer any warranty on firearms. The customer will have up to 30 days to gain possession of their purchased firearm from their designated FFL. After 30 days the purchasers FFL will be the deciding factor due to their possession of the firearm.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We sell products through a multitude of different vendors and manufacturers who all vary with different warranty policies pertaining to specific individual items. Not every item sold by the vendor or manufacturer will be covered by a warranty as this policy only applies to certain items. The responsibility will fall on the consumer to know whether the product you purchased is covered by a warranty or not.
What is the warranty process?
If you have any issues (defects, wear and tear, faulty manufacturing, etc.) with your purchased item 30 days after receiving it, please go to our warranty policy at ( to look for your specific vendor or manufacturer link. Once you click on your designated link to that specific vendor or manufacturer, you will follow their instructions to gauge whether your item meets the stipulations for warranty. The customer will then be responsible for communicating with said vendor or manufacturer to further the warranty process.

What are your support hours and hours of operation? 
Paved Forward operates Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. These hours apply to shipping, processing, and customer support.
How can I view the status of my order?
To track your order, click on 'Track Order' at the top or bottom of the page, log in to your account, then click on 'My Orders' in the left menu to view order status.
How do I change my billing or shipping address?
Update your address by clicking on "My Account," then your name to make changes. During checkout, select "This will be shipped to a different address" if only the shipping address needs to change.
What kind of brands do you carry?
We primarily feature premium products from esteemed brands known for quality, offering value without exorbitant prices.

1. Shipping/Processing 

  1. Please keep in mind that Paved Forward is not Amazon and will not be able to deliver your packages at the same time rate. We will work diligently to make sure all your orders are shipped out as efficiently and quickly as possible but be aware some of the products Paved Forward sells are highly sought after and may have longer lead times. Rest assured that we will not charge you any extra because the product is in high demand.  
  2. All orders placed on Paved Forward will be processed Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. No orders will be processed on Saturday or Sunday or on any Holidays.  
  3. Billing and shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer to ensure correctness. Paved Forward is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. 
  4. Orders can be placed for 50 U.S. States only. Paved Forward will not ship anything internationally. 
  5. Orders that contain serialized items will not be shipped out until we have the customers dealer’s Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) information. The customer is responsible for making sure Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) information is correct and updated. Paved Forward will not be responsible for obtaining customers dealers Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT). 
  6. All orders will be shipped through UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Rifles and ammunition will be shipped via ground, and handguns will be shipped 2ND Day Air. 
  7. Expedited options require a Physical Address, no P.O. Boxes or mailbox services. 
  8. After the order is purchased and processed, the customer will receive a tracking number through email once the item has shipped. 
  9. After the order is processed, on average, it will take 3-5 business days to ship out of the warehouse. Delivery dates may change throughout the day. Please know Paved Forward is working diligently to process and ship out your orders as quickly as possible! 
  10. Please be aware that Paved Forward works with many different vendors and manufacturers so packages may vary in size and appearance. 


2. Shipping Charges 

  1. Shipping charges are based on your location, product weight, box dimension, and order cost total. 
  2. Additional Charges for Oversized or Overweight Items may apply. Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity ordered. 
  3. Items considered HAZARDOUS may require a Hazardous Material upcharge of $24. A signature will be required for delivery. 
  4. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. 


3. Firearms/Ammunition Restrictions 

  1. US export regulations require online purchases sent to United States customers only. Various states require tax to be collected on all items, in whole or in part, including shipping charges.
  2. Ammunition is considered hazardous material and will be shipped UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 states and only to a verifiable street address. P.O Boxes and mailbox service locations are prohibited. Additional state restrictions may apply and limit your ability to purchase ammunition, firearms, firearms parts, magazines, and other personal safety items. All Pistols will be shipped using an express shipping method (Next Day, Second Day Air) Signatures will be required on all firearm orders.
  3. Bullets (not loaded ammunition) and all items in an order containing bullets will be shipped via UPS Ground
  4. Rifles and Ammunition will be shipped via UPS ground.
  5. Federal Law requires that ALL firearm transfers be from one FFL to another FFL with No Exceptions.
  6. Connecticut: Firearms will not ship with magazines over 10 rds.
  7. Illinois: Firearms will not ship with magazines over 10 rds.
  8. Massachusetts: Firearms will not ship with magazines over 10 rds.
  9. Alaska: No sales of ammunition.
  10. California ALL ammunition shipped to California must be received by an FFL and contain a Proposition 65 warning. Available through ATF."


4. Magazine Restrictions: 

  1. California - No magazines over 10 rds.
  2. Colorado - No magazines 15 rds., effective July 1st, 2013
  3. Connecticut - No magazines over 10 rds. Valid Permit Required.
  4. Delaware- No magazines over 17 rds.
  5. Hawaii - No magazines over 10 rds.
  6. Illinois - No pistol magazines over 15 rds. No rifle magazines over 10 rds. Firearms considered an assault weapon are prohibited under Illinois state law and will not be shipped.
  7. Maryland - No magazines over 10 rds.
  8. New Jersey - No magazines over 10 rds.
  9. New York - No magazines over 10 rds.
  10. Massachusetts - No pistol magazines over 10 rds. and no semi-automatic rifle or semi-automatic shotgun magazines over 5 rounds, .22 caliber conversion kits are prohibited.
  11. Rhode Island - No magazines over 10 rds.
  12. Vermont - No long gun magazines over 10 rds., no pistol magazines over 15 rds.
  13. Washington (State) - No magazines over 10 rds.
  14. Washington D.C. - No magazines over 10 rds."


5. Shipping Process: 

  1. Customer finds and purchases their item at checkout. 
  2. Customer receives an order confirmation number via customer’s email from Paved Forward after the purchase is processed. 
  3. Once items are officially processed and shipped from the warehouse, the customer will receive a tracking number through the same email chain. Be advised, not all vendors provide tracking information. 
  4. Packages will always be shipped through UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 
  5. After the item arrives, the customer will have 72 business hours to officially inspect product to identify item integrity.  
  6. If there are any discrepancies with the product upon arrival, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out with images and details of the issues wrong with the product within 72 business hours.  
  7. Paved Forward will further investigate to find the origin of the issue and will email the customer with instructions on how to proceed. 


6. Shipping Cancellations 

  1. Orders can be cancelled without charge if the order has not yet been officially processed. 
  2. Please immediately email customer service with your reason for cancellation and your order information. 
  3. Any order that has been processed will not be able to be cancelled and will have a 15% restocking fee if the customer chooses to return said item. This does not apply to Firearms or to ammunition. 
  4. Firearms will have a flat rate fee of 50$ for cancellation on top of a 15% restocking fee. Ammunition cannot be returned by any means.
